Brightfish needed a centralized tool to plan, organize, and schedule marketing campaigns across multiple channels. I designed and prototyped a campaign planner that streamlines workflow, improves collaboration, and provides clear visibility into campaign performance.
The marketing team at Brightfish was juggling multiple spreadsheets, calendar tools, and communication channels to coordinate campaigns. They needed a unified platform where campaigns could be planned, assigned to team members, and tracked from concept to launch — all without switching between tools.
I created a comprehensive prototype featuring a campaign dashboard with timeline view and status overview, intuitive campaign creation wizard with guided steps, task management system with team assignments and deadlines, multi-channel scheduling for social media, email and web, real-time collaboration features for team feedback, and performance tracking and reporting dashboard.
The interface prioritizes clarity and efficiency. I organized information using progressive disclosure — showing essential data upfront while keeping detailed options accessible. The timeline view provides a clear bird's-eye view of all campaigns, while the task board keeps team members aligned on deliverables.
