A mobile app connecting users to discover, share and buy sustainable secondhand fashion with integrated map discovery and direct messaging.
Clofy is a sustainable fashion marketplace that makes it easy to discover, buy and sell secondhand clothing in your area. The app combines location-based browsing with direct messaging, creating a community-driven platform that encourages circular fashion and reduces textile waste.
Fast fashion is one of the world's largest polluters, but secondhand shopping remains fragmented and difficult. We needed to create an experience that makes sustainable fashion shopping as intuitive and engaging as mainstream shopping apps, while building community connections between buyers and sellers.
I built a comprehensive mobile platform featuring: Map-based discovery showing nearby items and sellers Detailed product pages with high-quality imagery and condition assessment Direct in-app messaging for buyer-seller communication User profiles with seller ratings and sustainability badges Search filters by style, size, brand and sustainability impact Integrated save and wishlist functionality
The design emphasizes discovery and community connection. The map interface puts location front and center, encouraging local transactions that reduce shipping waste. The messaging system was streamlined to facilitate quick negotiations without friction. Visual hierarchy ensures that sustainability metrics are prominent, rewarding eco-conscious choices.
